Very responsive customer service; they moved us to a bigger one last min and I loved that. Safe area very walkable, nice front desk guy during the day, wey helpful Ps: I think they should give two card per room we were alor of us and one card was not our thing (not a big deal) even tho they have another elevator behind for the code. Good place overall I RECOMMEND

Great rentals - beautiful apartments and good locations. We struggled a little getting the IDs for everyone who was staying submitted (took a few tries for some reason)…But we felt very safe and the facilities had good security measures overall. The only downside was lack of A/C…but this is not uncommon in Mexico City.

El apartamento es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado. Muy limpio en todas las áreas. Solo faltó un listado que incluya todas las instrucciones para el manejo del apartamento (Internet, basura, entradas y salidas, etc.) También recomendaría aires acondicionados para los cuartos. El calentamiento global está haciendo estragos y CDMX no se salva. A pesar de todo, la estadía fue muy linda y placentera. La ubicación es inmejorable!

Kukun was a great place for our group of 5! Very walkable and safe neighborhood. The team was always responsive to us. We look forward to returning during our next visit to CDMX!
