The casita was in a tree lined street that offered shade through the day when is got close to 80 degrees. There are several parks within the neighborhood and eateries within walking distance. Since the couch is a pull out bed it is not cozy. That would be the only thing I would change. Dallas was great - answering questions quickly.

Place fit our needs. It was stocked with nice extras (coffee, tea, bottle of wine, chocolates) Really enjoyed the walking paths around the dog park as well as many restaurants around the neighborhood. We had hoped to use the community pool but sadly it was under renovation. Not Dallas’s fault but would have been nice to know in advance as we may have changed our plans. Limited area to sit outside at the casita, but a lot of area at the park. Dallas was flexible with our check in time and answered any questions we had.

We had a great stay at this cute and comfortable casita. Definitely would stay again.
