Sunny Days is a stylish and modern bungalow nestled in a quiet cul de sac in Bracklesham Bay, just 150m from the beach. This gorgeous property is the perfect holiday rental for a family getaway. The living space is bright, modern and open plan with a brand new and well equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and comfortable corner sofa for some chill out time in front of the TV or playing games. The conservatory off the dining area leads out to the lawned and decked rear garden and which is a proper sun trap in the summer. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the additional double and bunk room share the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The bunk room has a pull out single for additional young guests. There is parking for 3-4 cars on the driveway. Sunny Days is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and very close to Billys on the Beach, arguably the finest beach-front restaurant for miles around. Bracklsham Bay is a small village with a village shop and a couple of restaurants. The village of East Wittering is just a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops and restaurants and the white sands of East Head and West Wittering beach are just a 5 minute drive.

lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)
The bungalow was beautiful, very clean and perfect for what we needed. Felt homely and the location was perfect. So quiet but the sound of the waves was lovely. The information provided prior and on arrival was exactly what you needed. Would definitely stay here again
Our stay in Sunny Days couldn’t have been better. We are always a little apprehensive when we book to stay somewhere, but Sunny Days was everything, and more, that was advertised. We would highly recommend, in fact we are already looking at future availability.

Bracklesham Bay is the next village you reach when walking further east down the coastal path from East Wittering. Still on the same stretch of water with views out across the Solent and towards the Isle of Wight, it is a very popular area for holiday makers with evermore high quality holiday rentals on offer, many on the beachfront.
It has a Co-Op and a few cafes and restaurants. GOAT Coffee Co serves delicious cakes and the jewel in the crown of beach front cafes for miles around is Billys on the Beach. Billy’s is a must when holidaying in the area but you should book to avoid disappointment. Never leave without finishing with one of their other deliciously indulgent sundaes.
