With a fresh and light coastal interior, Hightide offers panoramic views from the spacious lounge and dining area. The feature sliding window at the front of the property opens directly onto the shoreline, allowing you to soak up the sound of the crashing waves. Walk along the beach to local restaurants, shops and cafes in nearby Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering. Hightide features one king and one twin bedroom all furnished with fresh linen and fluffy towels from our local village launderette. Whitewashed wooden floors throughout this beautiful property compliment the coastal tones and furnishings. The full width living/dining room sliding window opens to views directly onto the beach at Bracklesham Bay. Hightide features a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath, plus a bright and airy kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

High tide is situated in such a beautiful location. Being so close to the sea adds real drama to your stay. Ben and Jess were extremely helpful and on hand for any questions we had and the location was spotless and inviting when we arrived. 5 stars and a definite revisit for our family of four.
Fantastic location with the best views
I can’t recommend it enough. The perfect place for a family get away. We were only there for a weekend but felt like we’d really had a holiday! Hosts were so helpful and super quick on communication. We will definitely be back! Beautiful inside and out!
This flat is really beautiful and the windows that open out onto the beach are fantastic. Host was very responsive with excellent communication. I've stayed here before and would come back again.

Bracklesham Bay
This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction. Billy’s On The Beach café is an absolute highlight and a minute or so walk from our properties but get in quick as the popular fresh seafood dishes are quick to sell out!
The Witterings are brilliantly located for beach days and watersports. You will find surf cafes, restaurants and watersports hire within walking distance or a short drive from the apartment.
