We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the property is very well equipped. Really well located - only a short walk to East Wittering beach and short drive to West Wittering beach.

Pretty disappointed. Cleaning was not to a good enough standard for a professional Airbnb (think dirty, sweeped not mopped floors, dust and dead flies around windows) and ran out of hot water on the first day - no controls to adjust yourself as they locked away the thermostats! Host was responsive when informed and adjusted hot water remotely and sent cleaner back although still to poor standard, albeit without any apologies for inconvenience! Photos show AC in every room but not sufficiently explicit to say these have been permanently turned off. Glass is not recyclable at the property because they don’t pay for a glass bin so you have to walk it down to a commercial site at the end of your stay. Random hodge podge of cutlery and crockery meant one person drinking wine out of a mug and another using child’s cutlery (we were only 7, supposedly hosts 8!).

Lovely place, great location

We had a lovely stay. The property is stylish and comfortable. The best features are the open plan living area and patio. The property is very well equipped, with lots of mod cons. There is plenty to do in the area and it was lovely to have the beach so nearby. The only complaints we had were that the beds didn't seem to be the sizes described, particularly the double, which was definitely not full size. Also, the lounge bifold doors have no blinds or curtains, which was a bit of an issue as it was very hot when we were there. There was also a lack of information provided about the appliances and waste disposal, which we did query, but the response was a bit confusing. Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

Light and airy property in a very peaceful location with a great social family space in the sizeable kitchen/ living area opening onto the garden. The kitchen area was very well equipped and laid out. The separate utility room was also a bonus for washing and drying clothes and towels after a day out at the beach. We had a very relaxing stay here.
