Cynthia and Erika were incredible hostesses! Sancho’s condo is a must-stay if you’re visiting Las Cruces or Mesilla (or even El Paso). They were so quick to respond to any need and we felt right at home the entire time. The private condo area is very safe and beautiful and we had the most peaceful experience. Thanks again for everything we will recommend this place to all of our friends!

I had a wonderful stay at Cynthia's place. The condo was decorated so nicely, you can tell a lot of thought went into it. It was also very well stocked with necessities. The building was pretty quiet and the amenities (gym and pool) were great to have. The location was amazing. Less than a 5-minute drive (or a 20-minute walk) into Mesilla with lots of great restaurants and bars. Cynthia was very friendly when we met and always quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place in Las Cruces.

The Casita was perfect; the furniture (couch, dining table, and bed) is tasteful and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed. The balcony was a highlight and a nice place to have morning coffee or a beverage in the evening. Neighbors were quiet. The pool and clubhouse with workout equipment was a wonderful plus. Cynthia was a great host with prompt answers to questions and providing information.
