My parents came to visit us in crouch end and stayed at Olivia’s flat. It was incredibly clean and matched the description and photos that were posted. The two bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Olivia was extremely responsive throughout and provided clear and valuable answers when we had questions. The flat is on a second story walk up which she described in advance and it is not too difficult with luggage to make it up. Overall I highly recommend this place given how good a stay my parents had and how professional of a host Olivia was.

This place rightly so is well reviewed- lovely, communication prompt, location fantastic. However my stay in this flat made me feel unsettled and I’m generally a positive person who very rarely would give a negative review. We picked it in part because we had two toddlers and we saw it had a high chair, cot and travel cot in a family friendly location. However there was no high chair when we got there and despite asking about it multiple times it didn’t arrive. This wasn’t the unsettling thing though. I initially felt uncomfortable that the host uses Superhog for a deposit. This is in the fine print but the website has very poor Trustpilot reviews and takes a lot of your personal details and either £38 non refundable or £500 refundable. When we checked out the key box number didn’t work. I was in a rush and had to post the keys into the flat and now being charged £180 as Olivia says it’s a “call out fee” . I’m dubious. Odd that there is no one close by to help in these circumstances.

Second time we’ve stayed here. It’s in a great place for getting to everything in Crouch End . The flat itself is spacious, well decorated and two lovely bedrooms with en-suites. Kitchen is really well kitted out. Very quiet considering how close to shops and restaurants. Recommend 10/10

Olivia has been a great host despite the fact we haven't met personally. Amazing communication. Her flat has exceeded our expectations. Nice, clean and cosy. Very well equipped kitchen. Great cafes in the area. Fully recommended.

Every aspect of our stay in Crouch End was made easier and more enjoyable by Olivia’s clear and prompt communications. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and were super comfortable for our stay. Loved it!
