This is the ultimate house that has everything, much better than expected!! We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with 12 friends and this was the perfect location to host our gathering. It was just as described, if not better than the listing and photos could show. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, walking down to the river, the pool table and arcade games, the massage chair, the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms. The pantry and cabinets were well equipped with plenty of place settings and glasses, even shot glasses! Our hosts were very accommodating of special requests and quickly answered all my various questions. Hard to find anything negative to criticize here- wished the light switches had dimmers, hot tub could use steps, primary bathroom toilet paper too far away to reach, bedrooms and bathrooms could use extra hooks or towel bars. Our stay was truly fantastic and we’d gladly return to this wonderful home! Thank you so much for hosting us!!

The house was well laid out for a large group with kids. Very clean and looks like the photos. Host was very responsive and helped us when we left something at the house by accident. All the amenities of the house were as listed, clean, and professional. Great vacation house. My only note would be that there aren’t any lamps in the common areas and the overhead light, especially in the dining room, is extremely bright. But in general this is an absolutely fantastic find.

This place is great for large groups of people to have a fun weekend away. The house had enough places to sleep for 5 families and enough space for kids to play and the adults to hang out and catch up! The place was incredibly clean and the game room was a great added touch!

We stayed at Julia’s with a group of adults and kids on a ski trip. The place was very clean, the spaces were comfortable and had the amenities advertised, the decor/features were modern and high-end. We were able to use the hot tub and the fire pit as well. The location is great — within minutes to various food options and 10-15 mins from Camelback (where we were skiing). Kids older and younger has a great time in the basement with arcade games and just plenty of space to run around/relax. Finally, the hosts were very responsive — I had a lot of questions as we planned the trip and had everything answered promptly. The only thing I would call out is that the door locking mechanism is a bit tricky as we weren’t familiar with it. Would be happy to stay here or another one of their properties in the future!
