We had the best vacation here with our entire family! The house was perfectly suited for the needs of our 4 family groups and the basement apartment was a welcomed surprise, as one of our groups had a newborn and they were able to have their own private space and didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone if the baby cried at night. It is a large house with plenty of space for everyone to spend time together, or there are lots of areas to go if you need a little break 😉. We loved that there was a beautiful hiking trail just a short walk from the house and so many things to do and explore within a 30 minute drive (or sometimes much less). We are so grateful to Nellie for providing such a beautiful home that allowed us to enjoy our whole family in one place. We will definitely be back!

We spent our Thanksgiving holidays here with our children, grandchildren and extended family members, and it was beyond our expectations. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of space...very comfortable and beautiful! Would LOVE to come back sometime in the future.

Very narrow driveway for our vehicles. . Considering the amount of people the house can accommodate there is no room for more than two vehicles, and even with two vehicles the parking space was very tight. Very spacious home with good amenities, but the house was very dusty and windows, sills, fans, and vents and furniture were dusty.

It was the perfect place for my adult children, grandson, and I. It was centrally located for the areas we wanted to visit. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The scenery was spectacular. The info book was a little outdated regarding check out time, TV, and grill, but it had very helpful information for places to visit and eat. Would love to repeat next year.

We spent 5 days at this place & it was heavenly! The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. Large space for our family of 13 to enjoy. The view from the deck was our favorite and we spent a lot of time there. To our delight, we found a trail near the house (moderate hike) one day during a walk - and it’s quite a work out but worth it! Nellie was very communicative and a great host. We only had 2 small issues - we arrived at 4:00pm and the cleaners were there. They were told that we weren’t going to be arriving until 6:00pm, but I think Nellie may have had it confused with another family. No big deal - we went and grabbed some food to eat. The other issue was we didn’t get to use the hot tub (that’s our very favorite thing to do especially after a long day of hiking) until the last 2 days of our stay. Unfortunately, the group that was there before us left the hot tub very dirty and a professional spa cleaner had to come out to clean it. Overall, we loved our stay!
