Absolutely fantastic hostel that caters for all types of stay from dorms to the air conditioned twin with an en-suite we stayed in. Kim always replied promptly to any queries we had. ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful and always smiling. Small kitchen area which was cleaned daily by the staff. Great bar which also provided a nice bar menu for breakfasts and dinners. On Thursday nights there is dinner provided for guests free of charge and fun games (beer pong organised) Would definitely recommend staying here and we for sure will be coming back. We had a wonderful stay at JollyBoys, the staff were so helpful and friendly! We arrived late due to transportation delays and they made sure that despite this we were comfortable and looked after, which we really appreciated. In terms of activities in Livingstone it can be quite overwhelming choosing whats right for you, but JollyBoys and Kim in particular were extremely helpful with planning our schedule and providing lots of information on the activities available. I highly recommend all of the activities we did including Devils Pools, Rhino walk, Elephant interaction and the Zambezi sunset cruise, all are incredible experiences and with seamless organisation by JollyBoys it makes for the perfect trip to Livingstone. I would definitely stay here again, great location and the food was also delicious, especially the halloumi burger! Thanks for having us :)

We arrived a couple of days later than planned due to flights. We explained this to Kim and everything was dealt with (including refund for lost time) in less than an hour. Our pick up was there waiting for us at the airport and check-in was easy. The room was great with air-conditioning. The facilities were fantastic and a very close walk to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. I would totally recommend this to anyone reading this. They haven't got a super host rating for nothing
