My family stated that the house was absolutely spectacular and super clean and beautiful. Everyone was extremely communicative even before check in and we highly appreciate it. We will definitely be back when we come to visit the Vic falls area again.

Janice's place is the best property we have stayed in Victoria Falls to date. The house is sportles filled with loads of amenities including air conditioning in rooms, brandnew washing machie, kitchen ect. The exterior is immaculate there's a sitting at the rear of the house and a gated swimming pool with a lock and the house manager Arnold also gave us floaters for the kids. Arnold was really helpful and recommended places for us to visit which the kids really enjoyed. Janine also allowed us to check in early into the property. The WiFi was super fast and there was constant flow of hot water. The property is in a gated and secure easte with security guard at the main entrance. Highly recommend Janice's place especially if you have children, there's board games & books for kids & adults. Will definitely stay with you again when we return.

We had a wonderful family retreat. Everyone had a great time. There is good fibre internet/ wifi for remote workers. It looks a lot better than the photos. 100% recommended

I had an incredible stay at Arnold and his team's Airbnb in Victoria Falls. The open floorplan of the house was refreshing, offering a sense of spaciousness and freedom. The swimming pool was the perfect retreat, and the garden provided a peaceful oasis. The lounge space was inviting and comfortable, great for relaxing after a day of travelling. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and Arnold was an amazing host, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Vic Falls.
