The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The drivers were all very friendly and it is only USD5.00 for a trip into town. Frances responded soon after I messaged her when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this AirBNB. Thank you Frances

Staying at Frances' apartment was very comfortable and convenient for our group of four adults and one infant. Frances was accommodating and allowed us to check in early after our internal flight from Harare. The apartment is modern and clean, just like in the pictures. It has everything that is needed and is a true home away from home. The location was great, it is close to Shongwe Lookout which has a free lookout spot of the falls and is somewhere nice to eat nearby. Local taxis charged £5 to get to the centre of town. I would recommend and stay there again when visiting Victoria Falls.

Frances’s place was great. The apartment was perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioner kept us nice and cool when it was very hot outside. Restaurant suggestions were very welcome. The taxi service that Frances arranged for us was great, for all of our needs. Thulani was very available and prompt. The Chobe National Park excursion that she booked for us was just perfect. She even paid for the tour with funds we wired to her. Very trustworthy and honest. She also allowed us to have a late checkout, since she didn’t have anyone arriving that day. That saved us having to sit at the airport for an extra 4 hours. She refused to accept our offer of payment for the added time spent at the apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in Victoria Falls. Thanks Frances!

Frances has such a beautiful home that is so incredibly special in every way , she is the most perfect host , always keen to help and answer any questions or concerns, I would recommend this air bnb over any other place that I have ever stayed in Victoria falls , it was absolutely impeccable!
