Cosy little converted garage in a nice village, host lives next door and is jelpful. Well decorated and made good use of the small spaces whilst still fitting a lot in. Just remember there is no oven in the kitchen, only hob and microwave!

A fantastic 7-day stay at the Bakehouse. Be aware that Maps is a little off with the location, the BH is actually immediately to the right of the white house that Maps suggests! I booked at short notice, but Clive and Fran had everything ready for me within a few hours. The Bakehouse is immaculate and feels very homely. Everything you could need is provided, including bathrobe and slippers. A nice touch is the welcome selection of teas, coffees, biscuits, orange juice, bottled water and milk. A comfortable bed and plenty of fluffy white towels are available. Details such as WiFi and emergency contact details are readily available once inside, so no need to keep checking your app. The accommodation is warm and cosy; I actually turned off some of the heaters during my stay, so no complaints about the temperature. There is a small garden area to the rear, and although it was too cold during my stay to sit outside, it was nice to have the Frenc doors open during the day.
