I had a wonderful & relaxing vacation in Tulum! Monica & Tonie we’re extremely proactive with recommendations to make my trip a success! The penthouse is just as beautiful as the photos. It was quiet, no construction and no power outages during my 6 day stay! I took advantage of the personal chef & masseuse recommendations and ABSOLUTELY loved them!! Jose (Chef) was AMAZING… Breakfast every morning was an EXPERIENCE!!! My masseuse was PHENOMENAL!!! I wanted to take her home with me lol If you’re a first timer to Tulum, like I was… this is definitely the place to stay! The guides that were provided by Monica, were spot on. I was able to navigate Tulum like I had been before. I felt safe wherever I was (even at night) and Tonie always checked in with me to make sure I didn’t need anything! If you’re traveling to Tulum and want the best of both worlds - Relaxation & Fun… STAY HERE!!! The Penthouse is relaxing and the Parties are 15mins away! This stay definitely gets a 10/10!!!!

You will not regret staying at Monica's place. Everything was as listed and I felt so comfortable. Monica was an exceptional host, always responsive and friendly. One of the better Hosts I have dealt with. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was beautiful and wonderful. The upstairs deck hang out was so awesome! The GPS wasn’t incredibly helpful when finding the place but we were able to locate it. The location of the apartment complex is very quiet and the inside of the complex looks like a jungle. I loved it. The pool is mostly private as we didn’t encounter anyone else using it while we were there. The space was comfortable and clean and I felt good being there. The main thing I want to bring up is that Monica and her team were so communicative and thoughtful and when we ran into an issue with something at La Zebra - they helped us handle the situation and honestly, without them - the trip would have been more stressful than fun. They had great suggestions on where to go and what to do and responded so quickly when we asked questions. Monica and her team are what truly makes this a 5 star experience. Also, I would recommend the private chef as well, he is so kind!
