Could not have asked for a better trip!! The place was just like the photos- spotless, very clean and felt safe inside the home. The concierge was very helpful while planning our trip & Mariel was amazing when we arrived!! She met us at the place, going through all questions we had and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we asked for! She even came by the next day to bring us a papaya that was on our grocery list but they could not find it the day off- she did a wonderful job!! Definitely recommend relying on the concierge team for all the transportation rides, even one off taxi rides when you are there, the chef service (which was terrific to have waiting for us as we arrived), and the groceries which were unpacked and already in the fridge! The place itself was a dream- great for a big group of people and had everything you could ask for. The location was fine, we did not have any problems but just be aware tulum is very underdeveloped aside from the main strip!

Great location about 10 minutes from downtown. The place was exactly as described. The concierge was very responsive. The was only one issue on the first day stay with too many chlorine tablets in the water but it was handled swiftly.

Me and my family came here for spring break, it was the best vacation for my family. My kids loved it and so did I. ~Juntos Haremos was our concierge and he was amazing! I definitely recommend this property and absolutely would come back and recommend to my friends.

I had a wonderful time, Rogelio was very responsive with any & all questions. Check in was very easy, house was clean & spotless. Pool was cleaned daily every morning which was pleasant. All smart tv’s were great for casting applications to watch your favorite shows by the pool or inside the house. The local restaurants in walking distance were very pleasant, good food & and nice ambience in the evening also. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent is my only complaint. One bedroom did have hot water in shower which helped. Other than that, our group had an amazing time Tulum with Rogelio’s help. Thanks again :)
