There are no words to describe how helpful and kind Julieta and her team was! Julieta assisted with answering our group’s several questions we had during the time leading up to the trip! Additionally while we were there, she was so responsive for anything that was needed! I can’t recommend enough using transportation through Julieta as well! Our driver- Javier was wonderful, and the transport shuttle was pristine! Olga, Luis, and Wilbert were all exceptional on the property, and they made us feel safe and right at home!

Villa Arthur was everything it promised to be. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed returning to this peaceful spot every day. The home and the grounds were kept spotless by the onsite staff. The surrounding neighborhood has wonderful restaurants and shops and was so fun to explore. Julieta was very responsive to our many requests for recommendations and arranging transportation for us each day. We can't wait to come back to Tulum one day!

This home was great! The outside was beautiful with all the trees, you heard the wildlife like the birds! Beautiful chirping as if you were in the jungle. The accommodations were beautiful, AC in every room etc. To reiterate the layout of the house: there are 3 main bedrooms in the house, 2 of them have bathroom/shower in the room, 1 has a bathroom/shower by the living area. The 4th bedroom is a whole studio apt with bathroom/shower separate from the house. In the house/in the bedrooms you can hear a water tank that’s quite loud. It goes off randomly. Other than that the house was perfect. Also to note: this house is 20-30mins from hotel zone. If you are going there every night it’s not economical to stay here. Taxis give you a different price every time & you must haggle. But we knew this going in. The town is a bit sleepy so just be aware it not the same vibe as being in the hotel zone. House was lovely and the staff was great! They stay on property which was nice! Beautiful home!
