I’ve been to Tulum several times, and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice. You have to see it in person. Gorgeous place, pristine condition, and host and concierge were super responsive, kind, warm, caring and helpful. I will definitely stay again. Book Franqui’s place for an amazing trip!!

I am SO glad I decided to move forward with this air bnb for my bachelorette location. Lupita and Franqui made the planning seamless and easy from ordering shuttles, taxi's and a private yoga instructor (who was phenomenal). The space is gorgeous, clean and the perfect size for 8 guests. 11/10 recommend for your next vacation or special event. Thank you for hosting us & making my bachelorette unforgettable :)

My stay at Villa Najrufi was great! Went with 4 girlfriends and we're all moms so this was the perfect quiet but chic getaway house for us to unwind, hang by the pool and enjoy each other's company. All of the recommendations provided by Franqui and Lupita were excellent. We utilized the car service and grocery delivery, and indulged in in-house massages and a private chef dinner. All of the vendors were on-time and communicated well (despite the often poor reception outside of the home WIFI). The house itself if gorgeous! Very clean and comfortable. FYI there's only one TV and it's upstairs in the yoga room. The only downside is the neighborhood is not walkable. We ordered groceries in advance because you can't just walk around the corner and grab a bite. There is a food delivery app called Tomato, that we used as well. The host was kind enough to offer a late check-out (1pm) for us because no one had booked that day. Highly recommend for a girls trip!!

Overall: Highly recommend, 9/10 My Stay: 6 nights for New Years 2023 with 9 people. Could have squeezed in 1-2 additional if needed, but 9 is max for highest comfort House: Beautiful. Pictures and description don’t fully capture the beauty of the place. It’s a luxury compound in the jungle. Enough said. Safety: Safe area. Looks sketchy but it isn’t. Compound has a LOT of security measures (walls, gates, barbed wire, cameras) Rooms: All fairly equal avoiding conflict among guests for the best rooms. There’s a master on the main floor and the second floor. Tons of space. Service: Top. Notch. You essentially have a concierge with fast and clear communication for anything Additional thoughts: (1) Wish the pool was heated, it was cold. (2) Surrounding roads are bad, but having a car is still do-able, we rented ATVs, don’t let that scare you off though. (3) The owner, was SUPER friendly but he did show up to check-in often, set expectations if that makes you uncomfortable
