Welcome to the Corner Nook of 828 Grand Avenue! Your newly built Downtown Grand Lake 1 Bedroom Condo. Steps from the Repertory Theater, Hub coffee shop, Historic Downtown Boardwalk and 1 block from the Lake! Enjoy amazing views from the rooftop deck or sit on your private deck. Only a 5 minute drive to the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Close walk to Point Park or the Continental Divide Trail. There are two main entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. Estes Park is the East entrance and Grand Lake is the West entrance. *This unit is located in Grand Lake not Estes Park. Please note before booking!* *No pets allowed -Bedroom: King Bed -Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa (brand new upgraded leather pull out, July 2023!) -Bathroom: Large walk-in shower and Washer/Dryer -Private Deck (*Note: Deck backs up to a quiet alley where you park your car. Convenient as you can walk out the back door to a trail to access the Lake! -Common area Rooftop deck What Guests Love/ Key Features: -King Bed -No stairs! A/C is very rare in all mountain properties. We have ceiling fans and a portable fan to help with warm days. We encourage opening windows in the evening for the cool mountain air!**
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is prime to the amenities of town and RMNP. The kitchen has the basics and we appreciated the kids utensils and plates.
I stayed a month at this nicely upgraded condo. It was very clean, safe, and well managed. All the furniture and fixtures were very high quality and the unit was well stocked. The shower is very beautiful and there is great lighting throughout the unit. It is adjacent to one other condo, with no units above or below the condo. The internet was extremely fast and reliable. It has windows on one side and you can park next to the back of the unit which makes it very easy to load and unload from the sliding door. The blower on the heat is loud enough to interrupt conversations, but it didn't run too often even in winter and was much quieter in the bedroom. The location is in the center of town, so everything is easily walkable. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it!
The unit is located in a new complex in the heart of downtown Grand Lake. The area is compromised of walkable shopping, restaurants, bars and outdoor activities being just a couple minutes walk to the Lake and beach area. Most of the units in the complex are second homes or short term rentals.
There is no public transportation or ride share in Grand Lake. The Condo is walkable to shops, restaurants and the lake. RMNP Park entrance is a 5 minute drive. You will need a vehicle. 4x4 or AWD required in winter months or a vehicle that abides by Colorado traction laws.
Note: Trail Ridge Road (Road through Estes Park/East entrance through the National Park to Grand Lake/West entrance) is Closed during the winter and may close during summer months for weather. Please plan ahead! TRR typically opens Memorial Day or later and closes early Fall.

I’m an Experienced Co-Host in beautiful Grand Lake, CO the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park. I started hosting to best serve the guests and owners of all my properties, in a small mountain town it's a different ballgame. I live full-time in the community and an invested in my guests having an incredible stay. I love hiking, music(viola!), road-trips, fly-fishing, skiing, travelling & fixing stuff. I spend most of time hiking my dogs.
