Comfy, no fuss easy to stay accommodation with good quality utensils and equipment for the stay. The rating could be higher if a couple of things went well: We didnt realise that the floors were quite dirty until our kids walked crawled etc all over it. A good sweep with the broom rectified the problem. It’s not normally an issue but if there is a professional cleaning charge included then there is a gap in expectations and what was presented. The other issue is an Airbnb issue as we were informed after check in that the chalet advertised was double booked (!), so a similar available unit was offered with late check out. We were however offered to relocate to the original chalet on the last night or check out a day early. Maxine was pretty good with offering these options and in the end we just decided to cut short our stay. That was fine and not a dent in Our plans. Thanks Maxine for making our stay comfortable regardless of the hiccups!
