Pretty location close to river and local shops etc. Easy bike ride to IGA or bakery. Good kitchen facilities. Shower needs maintenance with water shooting everywhere but downward leaving a wet, messy floor most of the time. Bright security lights pointed directly into the cottage at nighttime making the rooms very bright for sleeping. Best bring a sleeping mask if you’re like me and prefer a dark room to sleep in.

Beautiful and quiet close to the river. Chalet is clean with updated kitchen and bathroom and great wood fire to create the cosy feeling. For the cost it could be stocked a little better, only 2 tumbler glasses, 3 champagne flutes and 5 wine glasses as well as only 3 teaspoons. Description on AirBnB was for 6 guests,3 x bedrooms and 4 beds so assumed 2 x queen/double and 2 x singles but in fact the bedrooms had 5 beds, 1 x queen and 4 x singles. Lovely outdoor seating area/verandah with bbq if required. Overall a great stay in a lovely clean chalet but perhaps just a bit expensive for the facilities available and compared to a whole house which was not much more. Still a fab weekend was had, thank you Maxine
