House looks like pictures. Clean house and easy to get to. Easy drive to the beach and downtown Sarasota.

This was our second stay at Denis’ place. It is perfect when you have rowing events at Nathan Benderson Park. Always clean and stylish too!

Overall good stay however there were a couple things that made our trip less desirable. The house is spacious and renovations are nice. It is the nicest house on the street by far and the rest of the neighborhood is not well kept. Patio furniture was broken behind the shed. The pool was not clean. The ice maker didn’t work. The fridge was nearly room temperature. The ice we bought melted in the freezer. We messaged the host about this but received no response. The wifi name/password were both incorrect. We were unable to connect despite multiple attempts. We ended up messaging the host who didn’t seem to know the password either as none of the ones he sent worked. There were also a lot of differences between what was listed in the “house manual” and the instructions sent by the host. (The code to get in and the check out info) The description also lists that there is beach access which is not accurate as the nearest beach is 20+ minutes away. Able to get early check-in for a fee.

House was very nice and pool was great. We had a party ranging in age and a little conveniences were challenging. The coffee maker wasn't available. There were limited cooking utensils. like limited pots and pans to work with. When we arrived there was a stack of trash outside from previous guests that was unpleasant to look at for a week. The power went out twice, which was frustrating, yes, not direct fault of host, and possibly not up right away due to area itself...but inconvenient circumstances. I was credited an amount for the challenging. so that felt better. The location was 15-20 minutes from beach, not blocks, per description. I think if these small things were addressed it would have been an ideal place to stay. Place could also use a better d sofa, it sunk in a lot. We enjoyed our time and my kids loved the pool and bunk befs(ages from 16 to 8). We would return in the future hopefully with small improvements addressed, mostly coffee and kitchen supplies. Thank you.

Very nice place to stay and close to the beach and stores. House had everything we needed with nice amenities and heated pool.
