My family and I stayed for over a week and thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house was supplied with everything we needed for days at the beach and pool. The house was very clean. Caitlyn was very responsive and promptly answered any questions we had. We felt very at-home staying here!

Adorable house in the heart of Arlington Park. Convenient to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, Long Boat, SRQ Airport. Caitlyn’s place is perfect for two families with kids to share and the amenities are all well thought-out. Linens were awesome. Everything was spotless. Backyard was perfect with screened-in porch, pool/spa, grill. Loved our stay!

This place was absolutely beautiful and had more than enough amenities! We were going to be between Siesta Key and Sarasota for a wedding, a lot of my friends were all in airbnbs and we were all within a 7 minute drive of each other and no more than 15 min to the beaches or to St Armand’s. The ONLY downside was getting the hot tub to heat up if you got back at night and wanted to quickly hop in for a soak that was out of the question as you’d have to wait but otherwise 10/10 recommend their home. Owners were extremely flexible with my early flight and allowing me to check-in early. Check out instructions were so simple compared to other Airbnb’s. And responsive to any questions before and throughout our stay.

We absolutely LOVED our time at the blessing house!! We wanted to stay longer and extend our trip just to be able to spend more time in this beautiful abode. The decor and style of the entire home is so thoughtful and not only beautiful, but functional also. It is in the perfect location to be able to experience and enjoy all of Sarasota and many different beaches and cities in the area. In a safe, welcoming neighborhood with a park close by for kids. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING. Not many other Airbnb’s have both, which was a game changer for cooler temps during our stay. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home, and higher end, “cleaner” and non toxic kitchen supplies. Everything was SO CLEAN! a game changer in staying in an airbnb. We can’t wait to come back!!
