It was a perfect layout for our two visiting families to stay. A small apartment fit the smaller family with a baby and 7y.o. The two gathering areas were separated enough to not overlap sound but close enough for folks to go between the two. The decor was beautiful and everything was clean and useful. Rooms were comfortable! The location is in the midst of the Mennonite neighborhood so folks are friendly and quiet. The ice cream shop nearby was a big hit as well as the market and coffee shop. Larger stores are a short drive away. St Armand’s and the beach are under 15 min drive. Great location for everything.

Jane was a lovely host. The house was spotless and so had much space. We needed an iron and Jane brought one right over when I asked. Very close to downtown Sarasota and an easy drive to Long Boat Key where we had a wedding to attend. Would definitely recommend staying here!
