This is the third time we have stayed here which speaks to how pristine this property is as well as the responsiveness of Jane the host who is always there to help if you need anything. Extremely clean, recently remodeled you get the modernness of an upscale hotel with the benefits of a private home and pool. The best option for families looking to stay in the Sarasota area. Great location to lido, siesta and Casey key.

This was such a wonderful place to hang out with my extended family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. It was spacious, nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Really enjoyed staying at this house. The pool/hot tub was a plus. The place was in close proximity to activities, beaches and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting at this location. Would stay here again in the future if available.

This house was a stunning gem, convenient to down town Sarasota and the surrounding areas. It had all the bells and whistles, super clean and the pool / hot tub was a nice touch. Jane was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!
