We loved Staying at Doc and Terry’s property! We were able to stay at peak leaf change and the Tunnel of Trees was simply breathtaking. Due to weather we did not spend much time at the beach but if the weather was nicer I could imagine spending more time down there. Doc and Terry were very personable and we were able to interact with them when we checked in and they shared local recommendations and things to do locally. We found the cottage to be cozy and we enjoyed our time there.

Generous hosts with lots of extras. Wonderful, private spot. Lots of outdoor activities. Beautiful beach.

This gorgeous guest house made an ideal get away for my girlfriend and I. First off the location was breathtaking, access to Lake Michigan with stunning views and lots of rocks to hunt. Darryl was accommodating, polite and was great with communication . We had an amazing trip and plan on coming back in the future.

Darryl’s place was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail was very much appreciated. It’s the little things for me like fresh flowers in the living area, a bag to take down to the beach, the fresh smell that filled the place. Everything is exactly as described and very clean and cozy. When visiting this area again we will definitely be staying here.
