We stayed for 4 days in Dec. The space was pleasant,convenient, but our experience was poor. Despite 3 rooms, towels provided were insufficient, and kitchen poorly stocked, involving constant washing. The lack of essential supplies became worse when a cyclone hit Chennai 2 days after our check in. A power outage left the induction stoves and microwave useless, and the owner did not allow the use of a gas stove despite having a propane tank and a gas stove easily available through the caretaker. This left us with no means to cook food or even boil water during the 28-hr outage. There were no flashlights or candles either. One major issue was the balcony doors leaking due to clogged drainage and poor insulation around the frame. This led to water ponding inside and without proper supplies, we collected the water using a broom and dustpan. In summary, while the unit itself was acceptable, lack of essential supplies led to an overall bad experience. We hope this feedback proves helpful.

Both the flat and its surrounding is very beautiful. The flat is quite spacious and all the basic necessities were made available for us. We loved the fact that Netflix was available. We had a great stay only that one day we faced plumbing issues in bathroom but the caretaker was quick to respond and the matter was resolved same day.

The apartment is fairly spacious, here is our experience Good things: . Apartment is big and spacious . Checkin lock was seamless Bad: . Toilets in two bathrooms are clogged and we got to a Point that we cannot use the toilet anymore, this was our biggest problem, plunger and a toilet brush was not provided so we had to buy two plungers . The curtains are not blocking light hence difficult to fall asleep . The glasses available in the house are very dirty and dusty Overall felt that apartment is not maintained well. The owner reacted well and fixed the toilet but it still has some issues even after installing a new toilet(example flush doesnt work all the time)
