The flat was exactly as described. It’s located 5 mins walk from the Royal Oak station. Within 5 mins walk there are several different restaurants and grocery stores. The washer/dryer worked as expected - we had to hang our clothes to dry fully but that wasn’t an issue. The shower was small but adequate. We didn’t use the jetted tub. We had one small maintenance issue that was taken care of within 24 hours while we were out. Great communication from the host. Easy access to keys for self checkin. Would book again.

Comfortable stay, and super accessible to public transportation!

All went realy smooth, from arrival until departure. The location is very cool and the balcony overlooking the park next door just adds it up. The flat was clean tidey and cosy to come home to, after a long day of the busy city of London.

Tout était beau et fidèle aux photos, c’est très bien desservi par les trains et les bus, c’est proche de boutique en cas de manque il y en a même un qui ferme assez tard, l’hôte est très sympathique et prévenant cela dit j’aimerais en dire autant de la femme de ménage envoyer.

Very convenient, 5minutes’ to underground, 15minutes’ to paddington train station.
