This is a great getaway if you're looking for something on a small lake in a quiet part of Michigan. This lake house is as described, a spacious gorgeous place for you to relax while you are not on the lake. My stay was in October, so I did not get to use the lake but I imagine it would be a great location during the sunny summer days. The house has an open design and has plenty of room to sleep a lot of people. There are two living rooms and the one is a great getaway if it gets too noisy downstairs. I had 9 of my friends with me and it was a great space when I needed a break. The area is also great to bike around on the country roads. My buddy and I biked north to Devil's Lake, stopped for some food, and then biked back. It was relaxing and there was very little traffic on the roads. This is a great rental, you won't be disappointed. If I'm ever in need of a space to stay in the area, I'll definitely see if this is available.

Wonderful place to stay. Our kids loved playing in the water and large backyard. Great views of the lake from the deck too. Elissa is also a great host! Would highly recommend this place.

Elissa was a great host, with fast turnaround times on communications, friendly and accommodating. The space was laid out wonderfully to enjoy a long weekend at the lake, and it was great to have the option of boat rental, plus kayaks and other items to use in the water. Posey Lake is a special place for our family, and it was great to find such a lovely space to reconnect with it. <3 Our group is already talking about making it a yearly event, and returing in the future.

We had a great weekend away! The house was perfect, and we enjoyed the covered back porch. The setting was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly.
