A responsive host. A nice clean apartment, within easy reach of local amenities and only a short walk to the harbourside. Well worth a visit.

Great central location! Sharon & Boyd's 2nd floor flat was perfectly located for our needs. Being on the top floor meant no neighbours above and we didn't hear a peep from those below. The flat is small, 1 bedroom with bathroom off and a lounge/kitchen/diner but, what more do 2 of you need for a weekend? Well appointed and nicely clean with everything we needed plus, it's just a minute away from Costa and Tesco Express. Up 2 flights of stairs & halfway up a steep hill would make it tricky for some but also expected for a central Torquay location. We got our exercise in for sure! The parking is tight, especially as the neighbouring space contained a van but, still free off street parking in the centre of town! Tea, coffee & milk provided was a nice touch. Will definitely consider booking again for a future trip. Would recommend.

Comfortable flat in a central location with lots on the doorstep. Parking was great. I was there a month and was good for a long stay. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of drawers in the bedroom but it’s fine for a short stay. The flat was well equipped and very clean. The bed was comfy, as was the sofa. Sharon was there if I needed anything but there were no issues. The milk and biscuits were nice on arrival after a long drive. I used Tesco most days as it was so close. Would recommend. Thanks Sharon.

I chose Sharon’s place because it’s away from the hustle and bustle but still very near to the town ( only around the corner but you wouldn’t think it ). I choose places that are a bit hidden and out of the way because I suffer with bad anxiety and with Sharon’s place it feels like you’re away from everything, it’s a very peaceful little place. Very clean and tidy. There was an issue that I needed to contact Sharon about but we talked about it and to be fair Sharon is very responsive and friendly. I’m hoping to come back for a long stay next year!
