Initial contact was easy enough. Couldn’t park outside premises had to park some distance away. On entering smell of cannabis,this disappeared after some time. I checked premises over and found the following issues 1) Two windows didn’t lock properly one in kitchen and was quite insecure outside was an alleyway. 2) several blinds were broken 3) Mould all around seal of fridge 4) paintwork in poor condition 5)double plug socket hanging off 6) broken pane of glass in window 7)Bathroom door handle missing 8) Recycling over flowing and rubbish in garden 9) Bathroom cupboard dirty 10) kitchen not particularly clean 11) No Info pack Told Nicole of these matters and offered refund or 20 per cent off price .She stated the price reflects the work etc that needs doing. I am annoyed that the host is aware of these defects but photos don’t show this . On a positive note 1) Beds comfortable 2) It was warm. 3) Good iron and ironing board. We left the place clean tidy

Such a lovely place! Really nicely laid out, clean and a pleasant place to be. We only stayed for one night, but it would be a good base for a longer stay. About a 20-minute walk from the marina area - but a very pleasant walk. Convenience store at the end of the road, and a sun-trap seating area out front to chill out.
