Central location, breakfast downstairs, squeaky clean,free drinking water , sufficient hot water for bath and good AC. cafe closes at 7 p.m. but can provide packed lunch at very reasonable charges, great hosts. Only con is bed size just adequate for two with a small chest without wardrobe. No electric kettle, this roomis great for people who won't linger and want to remain outside mostly. Great experience. Thanks to lovely hosts!

The Stay was very comfortable and the room had that heritage old goa vibe and on top of that the hosts were very welcoming and sweet. They were very friendly and responsive. The food at their cafe was amazing.

what a lovely place to stay in colonial Portuguese area. Antonieta and her husband are excellent hosts always available for any guidance and help. Very centrally located surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars and walking distance to all places of interest. Don't forget to visit Iconic Joseph bar just 50 meters from this place to try traditional fenny cocktail. Reserve this place without any second thought to enjoy the true charm of Goa.

We had a great time staying here - the room was lovely and the local area is great. Antonieta was really helpful too sorting us a taxi for our onward travel and was very accommodating with our slightly delayed check in time! The breakfast was delicious and the place has a very homely, comfortable and relaxed feel. Thank you for having us!
