Fabulous. Jackie and Gary are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The beautiful garden area was an added bonus. 5 star. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return. Loved it.

This is truly a beautiful place to stay, very private considering its at the end of the garden.Lodge is well equipped and finished to a high standard.outside garden area is stunning, really peaceful and relaxing. Coastal path only 5 mins away, frim there you can walk 30 mins into whitstable or 40 mins in the opposite direction to Herne bay. Whitstable is very quaint, vibrant and cultured, lots of nice eateries, coffee shops and pubs. Herne bay is more traditional with arcades, a pier and fish and chips! Jackie and Gary the hosts are lovely and made us feel very welcome, it was lovely to talk with them over the farden fence! They were very welcoming.They do have 2 very large dogs which look wolf like but they were so placid and friendly.We also had a dog with us and this didnt cause any issues. I have already booked 2 further trips . Thoroughly recommend, absolutely no negatives from me other than i didnt want to go home!

Great base to spend some time in the area

Jackie and Gary welcomed us on arrival. I had been in contact with Jackie regarding the fencing around the enclosed garden. As a result Jackie had been proactive ,ensuring our puppy would be secure. Thank you. As hosts they were friendly, approachable and couldn't have been more helpful. The property was as described- a little oasis at the bottom of their garden. The property is in a residential area with good public transport to hand , together with a dog friendly pub in easy walking distance. It took about an hour to leisurely walk into Whitsable -, through the nature reserve and the sea path and then returning back along a slightly quicker walk along the slopes. Exploring Whitstable was easy - alot of dog friendly cafes and pubs and a lovely little pet shop in the town. We will be returning.

Jackie was a great host, welcoming, helpful and friendly. The cabin was wonderful with its own garden area, great for our dog. Would highly recommend. - I shall be back.
