We had a really nice stay. The house is located on a fairly major road with buses going direct to the town centre. Despite the size of the road, noise didn't really penetrate into the house at all. Access to the private estate is really easy, as was parking. Rooms are spacious and light, beds comfortable, and plenty of storage available. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, though missing a things I'd expect such as tea towels and coffee-making equipment (e.g. no cafetiere). Check-in with the key-safe was really easy and the property was really clean. There are a few nice sights nearby such as Cannon Hill Park, Midlands Arts Centre, the Wildlife Conservation Park and of course Edgbaston cricket ground. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

The house is roomy for four people with 2 bathrooms (plus a bath!) and 3 toilets so really nice for 2 athletes and 2 coaches travelling together. The kitchen is modern and the stove top great for cooking. The back garden was also lovely. The beds comfy and well appointed. Secure in the gated community. It was a 20min walk to where we needed to be at Birmingham University and also to a nice cafe Hey Brew - can highly recommend the coffee! Annpoorani was quick to reply with communications and got us out of a sticky situation when our previously booked accommodation suddenly became unavailable and we were stranded in Birmingham. Thanks Annpoorani, you were a blessing.

The location is amazing, we stayed to attend a cricket game at Edgbaston, which is only a 10 minute walk away, so it could not be more convenient. The house is also a couple of minutes away from the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park, and there are bus stops just across the road that will take you into the city centre in 10-15 minutes. It's also a good walk to King's Heath and Moseley, which have some great food spots. It feels like a safe and quiet area. The house itself is lovely; it's set across three stories, and there is plenty of space, with a cute courtyard garden. We could not find a tea towel, and the listing mentioned toiletries and a hair dryer were provided for guests but we didn't find them if they were, however this didn't detract from the enjoyability of the trip. The living room on the top floor also has quite possibility the biggest TV I have ever seen! Communication was prompt, and information was provided readily. If you do stay, my one piece of advice is to be careful when opening the key lock box - on our visit, there was an open pipe at floor level beneath where the lock box is fixed to the wall. If either key falls out of the lock box, there is a risk you'll lose them to the pipe and you'll need small hands to retrieve them. If we make it to another cricket match at Edgbaston, we would definitely consider staying again. Thank you for hosting us!
