Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. A casa é ótima, super espaçosa e bonita. A vista da varanda é um sonho... de frente para o mar e o por do sol. O bairro é muito tranquilo de andar a pé e fica próximo a praia. Foi um pouco complicado para entrar e sair a pé, mas logo nos encontramos. Os anfitriões foram muito solicitos e atenciosos. Obrigada !!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Airbnb. Upon check-in, there was no running water for the first 8 hours. When the water finally returned, it was barely enough to brush teeth or flush the toilet, let alone take a proper shower. Additionally, there was no hot water available. The host's communication and handling of the issue were extremely poor, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced. We had no choice but to check out after only one day out of a planned extended weekend stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about.

This is one of our all-time favorite stays ever. Great communication, clean and spacious place and an amazing location minutes from the beach and the heart of Venice. The property felt safe and peaceful, but we didn't really explore it because we were always on the go. The Marina area is across the street but again Venice and Santa Monica is where we spent most of our time. Definitely recommend this spot and we will be back here to stay if it is available for our next trip to LA. Thank you Amber and Jon and Jhuvy!

Very easy walk to restaurants and the beach. A beautiful view and well presented apartment. 2 private bedrooms and an extra bed in the lounge so not 3-bedrooms as such but there were only 2 of us and it was great.

This unit is in a great location that is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the view from the balcony is awesome! The inside was as pictured, but we did have some maintenance and amenities issues that were handled unevenly. Missing coffee mugs and towels were brought promptly, but we never got the portable fan that was listed in the amenities, despite asking for it multiple times, and we had a partially broken slider door and bed frame. The bed was eventually fixed, but the door wasn’t. We had to remove a loose piece of trim on the slider so it would close properly. Also, only one elevator worked in our wing and it was slow. The unit itself had a keyless code, but you needed a separate key fob to enter the building, and there was only one given for our group. This was inconvenient as there were times we split into smaller groups to do different activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the owners did waive the early check in fee due to the issues we had.
