Had a great stay here for my friends birthday weekend! Very close walk to the beach, private parking was an amazing addition. Would stay again.

Comfortable and clean. Free of clutter, which I prefer so I don't lose my own items amongst all the decorations. Great location - One block from Venice Beach; 1/2-mile beach walk to Santa Monica; walkable to Abbot Kinney for restaurants and shops; less than mile walk to Venice Canals. Not a loud area, but if you want total quiet, don't stay in town near the beach. Parking for 3 cars! No need to pay or look for street parking! Unit is up 2 flights of stairs. We didn't mind this, but it's something to be aware of. Easy check-out! I didn't have to do anything before our early morning flight.

Beautiful home and super easy access to the board walk!! Even with all there was to do in the area we appreciated the comfort level of the home!!!

Location is great. A few pieces of art, plants or homely touches would make this place feel more welcoming vs barren.

This house was amazing, roof top access or a balcony to just sit outside and enjoy the breeze. inside the house was amazing, the lighting and all the extras in the kitchen was awesome. A garage so you don't have to battle Venice parking spots. half a block from the beach. if your coming to Venice to relax and not have to drive everywhere you found your stay. Edward will treat you great! I will definitely stay here again, been to Venice 10 times and this was the first time I didn't have to drive or look for parking.
