Very nice place within a short walk to most of downtown Irosin (or a quick tricle ride if anything beyond few blocks is 'too far'). Good aircon. The tricycle driver had a hard time finding it, which is odd because it is right down the street from the church with the 67 steps and right next to a chapel. Don't expect quiet, it is in the middle of the city and right next door to a chapel. Sundays they put mass through loudspeakers throughout the city so no place in the city would be quiet. The caretaker lives in the yellow house just down the street (on the other side of the street) and is an extremely nice person. She was very helpful at check-in, even gave us a quick tour and a bit of chika-chika (chit-chat). The place is very close to the public market and the 'shopping district'. It even has a small clothing store right next door. The only real knock is the lock on the front door automatically locks, so make sure you have the keys on you and the outside light on before you leave.

Eileen's place was exactly as described. She is very responsive, and the caretaker lives right across the street if you need anything.
