离码头和机场都很近，特别棒的是安保很严格，不用担心入住之后的安全问题！楼下有饭店、小卖部，还有摩托车/汽车停车位，很不错。房间很干净，设施一应俱全，但是没有洗衣机比较遗憾，其他都很棒，床垫软乎舒适，空调也很不错，房子干净整洁，遇到什么问题房东也非常积极的帮忙，非常nice！

Our Dumaguete trip was completed with our comfortable stay here! The host is very responsive to our queries, very hands on. The place is so nice, it felt like home so we had a comfortable stay after a long day of adventure. They have everything here, such as towels and kitchen utensils. It was very clean when we got there. They even have a reserved parking for their guests which nice if you're traveling and rented a car. Also, the Lantaw Native Resto was just few walks away. The location of this place is easy to find and it's also near the port. We have no regrets of choosing this place to stay in during or Dumaguete trip. it was the best! Thank you!

The best feature in this unit is the view of the sea when you wake up in the morning. Added value are the resto located across the street, the safety of the surroundings and a responsive host.

The location is great, close to restaurants/cafe. The apartment is clean and comfortable to stay. It has all the amenities as listed. The host is very responsive, easy to communicate with and had great recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Jun’s place is a great find! I booked on short notice and was accommodated promptly. Jun is proactive and responsive to messages. Also quick to fix the Internet that didn’t work for a bit. Will stay in this place again when I’m back in Dumaguete!
