5 stars for accommodating our last minute booking! Shaira's place is exactly what we were looking for -- central yet peaceful. Checking in was a breeze because Shaira was very responsive and instructions were clear. The apartment looked exactly like the photos in the listing. It was worth every peso & we'll definitely book a stay here again!

The accommodation is spacious. good for 4 person. Nearby there is a coffee bean opens at 7am. some very crowded bar and restaurants after 20pm. Owner are very nice and kind people.

Shaira's place is well-situated, and spacious, making it easy to find and enjoy. Shaira is communicative. However, the Airbnb is located on the ground floor within a compound, leading to occasional noise from footsteps. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with water dripping from the air conditioning unit (from the second floor), creating noise near the bedroom where you sleep. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed soon. Overall, it's still a great place to stay, especially if you're with a group

Nice place. Great location, just at the back of Lantaw Restaurant and Buglas Isla Cafe. The host is also accommodating. Will surely stay here again if we’re back in Dumaguete.

You will be literally steps away from the town’s best restaurants, views and nightlife district, but will be free from public nuisance and still have a full night’s sleep since the place is conveniently located at a residential area away from all the street hustle.

It would be very easy to find public transportation from our place since it is steps away from the main road. I also have available car and motorcycle rental referrals or recommendations the moment you confirm your booking. There are also tours available of the best places in Negros Oriental. :)

Me and my family have been living in Dumaguete for a very long time now and our love for this city has only grown more each and every day. I can proudly say that Dumaguete is the ultimate Rest & Relaxation destination as it is a city that peacefully rests along the breezy shore, each day celebrating a brilliant sunrise and a glorious sunset. Yet most of all, this is distinctly one city that strongly upholds the famed Filipino hospitality and warm gentleness.
