Nice clean place. Good area and pool is nice and gym. You will need to bring water to drink.

Host stated on premises parking, in a secure, gated community. But upon arrival, was told not available for this unit. Host said that she used to have but her contract expired. Guard said I could park for 15 minutes to unload but would have to remove my truck from the premises. Host said I could park in restaurants public parking. I told the Host the reason for booking was secure parking. Host became rude and said that if I wanted 24 hour security I could park downtown. Left it up to me to secure paid parking thru guards. Paid P700 for parking spot. Informed Host of cost but received no offer to reimburse. As I had construction materials for my home in my truck bed, security was important and this was the main reason for booking her unit. I felt the Host felt that I was the problem with total disregard for the issue that she had created

I like the location. You can walk downtown. Trikes are plentiful and there are several restaurants close by to choose from. Also, there is a small store just across from the apartment complex. Trike to downtown costs about 50 pesos--the foreigner price. Locals pay about 15 pesos I think.

Marjorie was very accommodating. The occasion was our wedding, and we had last second request for my wife’s mom, sister and nephew to sleep in the spare room due to housing issues. She allowed it. The building was quiet and peaceful. They have very stable internet and a 4k TV. After a week in a hard bed that hurt my back in Cebu, this bed was much nicer and let me heal properly. There are great restaurants of Lantaw+Racer Cafe right across the road. There is also a nice pool, and gym room. Overall I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
