Great location, secure, right next to the river walk Esplanade, which is incredible. Great to have a washing machine, and a private, caged area on the roof for drying. Roof is also a great place to catch sunsets, as an added bonus! Host was very responsive. One small issue (1 of the 2 AC unit’s stopped), was called in to host, and within 30 minutes, 2 repair men were there and took care of the problem. Grounds and public area did the property are clean, and very secure. So walkable, especially via the beautiful riverwalk

We had a great time despite the blackout throughout the region during the days of our stay. Lisa, who assisted us, was very responsive and helpful. Our experience could have been better but the power outage is beyond the host's and assistant's control. They even sent us complimentary snacks. We'll definitely be back some other time.

The location is conveniently situated near a supermarket, Molo Plaza, and is a brief drive from SM Mall. However, the space is more cramped than anticipated. There are issues with broken bedroom door lock, and one room lacks a closet, with another having a locked closet. The key for this was provided halfway through our stay, but we chose not to use it as our checkout was the following day. Overall, the accommodation feels overly confined.
