A beautifully furnished house with very comfortable beds and plenty of firewood for the fire. Gorgeous views to the water. A great deck to soak up the natural environment and watch kangaroos sunbaking in the sun. Very comfortable home. We loved being able to walk to the water -easy access to the walkway and into town.

The house is lovely and so safe for children as you can enclose the front and back terrace completely plus lock the gate making the garden fully secure too. The house had everything you needed and has a beautiful view overlooking the water. It’s not walkable into town with young children but is only a few minutes by car. The hosts are extremely helpful, would recommend a visit here.

Everything was absolutely awesome. The house was very nicely furnished and the beds and linens were top notch and very comfortable. One of the best furnished places I’ve stayed in. Only thing was that the place only had one bathroom which was not what we expected given it’s a 4 bedroom house for up to 10 guests and most other places we’ve stayed in has at least 2. Apart from the long cues near the bathroom/toilet, everything was perfect and still deserves a 5 star regardless. Thanks.

Mark & Cate provided the perfect house for a weekend away during a business trip, it's in a stunning location, just a small walk from the foreshore and the house is its own sanctuary

Loved The Salt Shack! The view from the balcony was amazing and serene. Loved having breakfast out there each morning. Large spacious bedrooms with quality linens and super comfy. Everything we needed to feel at home. Cate and Mark were great hosts, and help was readily available when we needed it. Thankyou! Highly recommend The Salt Shack for the perfect holiday location !
