I stayed around Christmas and new years. The place is a good location and close to shops too. However, when I arrived the code sent to open the gate didn’t work and I had to wait for someone to enter the building. In addition, when I arrived the bed sheets were dirty, the hair dryer and iron were missing and the shower was clogged. I contacted Francesco regarding this but he only replied after 2 days and then he said he will send the cleaner with the clean bed sheets and the missing items but this never happened. In addition, I tried to contact him multiple times but he never answered.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist funktionsfähig, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Dennoch gab es gegenüber den Bildern und den sonstigen Angaben auf Airbnb einige Abweichungen. So gab es auf den Bildern online zum Beispiel einen Fernseher, der vor Ort aber nicht vorhanden war. Ebenfalls suggerierten die Bilder, dass sich die Wohnung in einer höheren Etage befindet. Tatsächlich liegt sie aber im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem stand in den Angaben unter anderem, dass in der Küche eine Grundausstattung mit Salz und Öl vorhanden sei. Dies war ebenfalls nicht der Fall. Trotz dieser Unstimmigkeiten würde ich die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Budapest auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Very nice place, placement is great for those how plan on getting in Budapest with the train. Plenty of places to eat, shops and metro + bus stations The place was great, a bit dusty in the bathroom. Communication was great, maybe a more accurate description on how to get to the apartment would be useful.

Great little place! The building and the apartment are both clean. The building has a security guard at the entrance 24/7. Perfect location, as it’s close to restaurants, stores and public transport. Easy to get to at all hours of the day. Host is friendly, helpful and always responds. Had no issues at all.
