屋子宽敞明亮，大床非常舒适
Positif : -appartement très bien situé -assez spacieux pour 5 personnes -équipements cuisine, salon et chambres au top -immeuble typique de Budapest. Négatif : -l'entretien général de l'appartement laisse à mon avis un peu à désirer, sale par endroits, câbles électriques visibles.. -la salle de bain du haut, bien qu'équipée de vitres "teintées", n'a pas de porte -le jaccuzi était sale, et après l'activation des bulles, le calcaire et la saleté ont envahi la baignoire -les rideaux de douche très sales -les machines pour le chauffage pas très faciles à utiliser. Finalement, appartement très pratique pour séjourner à plusieurs dans le centre ville mais je ne crois pas qu'il faille le réserver en imaginant que le "spa" est l'atout maître du lieu.
Alles war top, nur der Jacuzzi muss man eine Wartung machen. Dies war schade denn ich habe wegen dem Jacuzzi dieses Appartement ausgewählt
We had a lovely stay at Alan’s apartment! A great location near so many good restaurants and near enough to the tram lines if you needed them. Apartment was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans and spices!
L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di Budapest. La facilità con cui abbiamo raggiunto i vari mezzi é stato un plus per questo soggiorno, perché non sembra ma Budapest è una città davvero immensa. Ringrazio Alan perché è stato un Host reattivo e sono felice di aver avuto a che fare con lui. Per quanto riguarda l’interno della casa posso dire di essere molto soddisfatto dal momento che corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. Ci tengo però a sottolineare un aspetto non evidenziato né nelle foto né nella descrizione: il bagno in mansarda é senza porta, ci sono solo due specchi opachi che fanno da divisore.. Per noi non è stato un problema ma capisco che forse per avere un po’ più di privacy non è ottimale. Detto questo, l’accesso è stato facilissimo e il condomino è molto silenzioso. La sauna è l’idromassaggio sono da provare assolutamente. Vi consiglio vivamente di provare questa esperienza nell’appartamento di Alan. Non ve ne pentirete.

Situated on a bustling boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown, you'll be within easy reach of iconic landmarks like the Opera, St. Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's renowned ruin bars.
The penthouse is in close proximity to all the city's key tourist attractions. The best dining, entertainment, and shopping options are all within the neighborhood, and you'll have easy access to the metro, tram, and bus for further exploration.
We are quite central, so most of the major sights should be within walking distance.
Conveniently, the tram, metro, and bus stops are just steps away from your front door, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Deak Square is a major transportation hub and has stops for three metro lines, and several bus lines are a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Tram line 4 and 6 is a five minutes walk. Additionally, you'll discover that purchasing a ticket for public transportation is remarkably budget-friendly, allowing you to access the city's wonders with ease.
For a more adventurous and affordable way to navigate the streets, you can also hop on one of the scooters available in the vicinity – a super fun and cost-effective option.
