Central location for everything we wanted to do in St Louis. Easy to find, happy to have parking in back off the road. Comfortable bed, clean place, and clear instructions! One of the things I wish I would've realized is that there are people living above this unit; however they were not too noisy.

Easy in and out, and one of the few rentals I’ve found in this area / price point with solid accommodations all the way around. I’m in the area regularly for work and have gotten a good sampling of nearby options - this place takes the cake so far. Thanks to Ashley and team for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay including the ease of walking into Forest Park a few blocks away. We both found that it would have been very helpful to have a physical map of the local area (5 square miles-ish) to aid us in restaurant locations etc. Sorry we had to leave as we could have stayed longer. enjoyed staying here as it was close to the hospital where friends were frequenting. very comfy bed, everything needed for cooking, wifi + little spotty, but it didn’t bother us. back porch light was out, but communicated options + made us feel appreciated. great communication from everyone! wouldn’t hesitate to rent from again! thank u for making a tough reason for our visit more pleasurable.
