Staying at James‘s place - [ ] Our 2 day visit to Austin, Texas was great! We enjoyed a variety of music and great food. Traveling between Jame’s house and Austin was easy and quite doable. - [ ] His home is located in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Both evenings, on our return, we found that the house was quiet and in order. Communication was great,and the use of an electronic keypad made everything quite simple. His house is kept tidy and clean. The cozy room has a comfortable bed and a closet to hang up some clothes along with an adjoining bathroom that was very clean. We mostly just spent sleeping time there as our plan was to be out and about as much as possible. We were happy with our choice of places to stay.

James was very friendly & clear with the instructions for the house. We came really late from work & he was very understanding about the late check in time. We came to Austin for a music festival & to sight see so we were out most of the time. When coming back to the house it was always very quiet & comfy. Everything was clean & James was quick with his responses. Would stay here again!
