We loved the barn house and surroundings, a peaceful place not surrounded by the big city but not too far from dinning and shopping 😀 Michael is a great host, quick at responding and reliable.

The house was very beautiful and spacious. We had lots of fun in the heated pool ! Definitely recommend if you wanna get away and float the San Marcos river !

We had a great stay & the property is very nice and spacious. The only thing I had a concern about is how many the place sleeps. It is stated that this sleeps 12, but I would say it would not sleep 12 adults, 10 at the max. If this place could get a few more "beds" instead of futons, it would be a Rockstar place. Other than this great place!

Obsessed with this house. It was so relaxing and beautiful. There was lots to do with games, the pool, hanging out outside. The house was spacious and felt like being home.
