The house was over all clean. The floors are older so I’m sure they are harder to clean but your feet will turn black after walking on them. The A/C is on a schedule so during the day it is hot and we could not adjust it. After a long day of travel we were ready to get into the house, but when we arrived the door code did not work so we had to message the owner to get that fixed. Once it was fixed there was not a problem getting in. Over all the stay was great and clean. Beds were comfy.

Great 4 night stay for my daughter’s graduation from Scad . Family of 7 had plenty of room , walkable to starland district . Great place and location would book again .

There were a couple of issues with the cleanliness upon arrival but the host was eager to fix it. I was surprised at the amount of homeless people on the street in front of and around the house. Parking is not ideal, cars constantly parked in front of the rental. Not ideal for handicapped or physically impaired people considering there is no shower or bath downstairs and all the larger rooms are upstairs. The host was great and responded with any questions or concerns. Unfortunately we will not stay there again due to the area & not handicap accessible.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in the house. Christine and others were the most thoughtful, gracious host. They provided us with all the information we needed. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. We will be back.
