Had a great stay on Factors Walk! So much to do... restaurants, ghost tours, boat tours, shops and cute bars steps away. Condo was private and I loved that the parking space was right below the building. We parked the car when we got there and left it until we went home. The location was the best part. River views were beautiful. Thanks!

Great place conveniently located right near the river. The property was very clean and unique. Sarah and Mike sent us clear directions on check in and check out, and we had little treats waiting for us upon arrival! The place is located in the heart of all the action, and it was awesome to be within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and activities. We loved watching the ships go by, and the sunset over the river. 10/10 would stay again. There is noise, but hey, you’re literally in the heart of a great location. I’m a light sleeper and it didn’t bother me at all.

the first night people above us were very loud which i know cannot be controlled, but worth mentioning. Great location, great walkability, easy to enter. We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back!

Absolutely beautiful home! Loved the historic building/walls and view of the river. Walkable location. So easy to get to Riverstreet.

We loved the space! Especially if you love brick and high ceilings. Plenty of room for 3 or 4. It was walkable to everywhere plus a free parking spot! We loved seeing the huge cargo ships pass right by the windows! Bed was VERY comfortable and I’m not one to care about that. Nice having the Keurig coffee! I recommend the River Queen boat. We would love to stay again!
