Cool, historic place to stay in the middle of lots to do in Savannah!

Centrally located near all the action, comfortable appartment in older building facing the river, well appointed and clean, good to have assigned parking spot in this busy part of town. On the minus side, Steep stairways to climb to access appartment. Very noisy surroundings with traffic on river front which includes container ships passing by and honking, and traffic on East Bay avenue, but Savannah is a very lively city and I guess it’s part of its charm. Overall happy with our stay

The apartment is awesome! I rented the space for a girl's getaway, so we were pleased to have the extra space and separate bedrooms. A beautifully restored apartment retaining lots of original character. Very spacious and comfortable. The location is wonderful! Right on River Street, close to everything with gorgeous views of the Savannah River. BUT...depending on what time of year you go, it will be noisy. My visit was the 2nd week of April, so the city was quiet and void of crowds. However, during the high season it would be much louder. Keep in mind it is an old building so there is no soundproofing as there would be in a hotel. Other than that, it is well equipped and comfortable. Sarah & Mike were extremely responsive to any/all messages and took care of our needs immediately.

House was comfortable and conveniently located to restaurants and bars. Sarah was great, super friendly and communicative. Perfect getaway for 2 couples.
