We appreciated last minute accommodation and easy communication with the host. The rental was very clean and exactly as shown in photos. Parking was easy ~ you are assigned a spot in the back :) A few great restaurants are very easy walkable ~ a block or two away. Narobia’s Grits n Gravy was a 10/10 for us, as well as a lovely experience at a Parisian Bakery on the nearby corner. Savannah is a city that’s easy to drive in and park in; just pay attention to the signs and times. You will be within a few driving minutes of most things and if you are used to NYC or Chicago, you can honestly walk just about everywhere in 20-30 minutes in our opinion.

Richard’s place is definitely a hidden gem! He was very thoughtful with the design, and amenities, making my stay really comfortable. Richard was super responsive and even honored an early check in. Just an all around great host & home!
